Order for payment to the benefit of Polimex - Mostostal S.A. - Corrected report no. 149/2014

With reference to the current report no. 121/2014 dated 14.08.2014 the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("the Company") at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that on this day it obtained information that the District Court in Warsaw, XXV Civil Division issued on 22 September 2014 an order for payment in the writ-of-payment proceedings as a result of the claim filed by the Company and Doprastav a.s. with its registered office in Bratislava (Slovakia), with regard to failure to make payment for performance of works consisting in construction of S-69 expressway, against the State Treasury - Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad (the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways) with its registered office in Warsaw, ordering the State Treasury - Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad with its registered office in Warsaw to pay the Company the amount of PLN 39,799,072.00 with statutory interest and to pay Doprastav a.s. with its registered office in Bratislava (Slovakia) the amount of PLN 39,010,972.00 with interest.
