The Resignation from holding the position of the Member of Management Board of the Company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw („the Company”) informs that on 17 October 2014 Mr Bogusław Piekarski has filed a resignation from holding the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company as of 31 January 2015.
As the reason for resignation, Mr Bogusław Piekarski has presented the inability to fulfill the mission, duties and expectations granted to him by the Supervisory Board in connection with appointing him as a Vice-president of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer.
