Liquidation bankruptcy petition

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company” “the Debtor”) at ul. Młynarska 42 informs that today it obtained information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Jacek Ochnio conducting business activity under the name of Jacek Ochnio Kształtowanie Terenów Zielonych "Ogrody” with its registered office in Lublin (hereinafter referred to as the “Creditor”) – on 15 October 2014 filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization, a liquidation bankruptcy petition comprising the liquidation of the Debtor's assets together with a petition to secure the Debtor’s assets in the form of establishing temporary judicial supervision.

The Company intends to take legal actions, aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy proceedings.
