Discontinuation of bankruptcy proceedings

With reference to current report no. 136/2014 dated 11 September 2014 and current report no. 149/2014 dated 26 September 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, (“the Company”, "the Debtor") informs that today it obtained the information on the Decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, Commercial Court, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization, dated 27 October 2014 on discontinuation of bankruptcy proceedings comprising the liquidation of the Debtor's assets initiated at the petition of the Company's creditor - Grzegorz Koczorek, who conducts his business activity under the name Doradztwo Gospodarcze i Biznesowe A i D Grzegorz Koczorek with its registered office in Chorzów ("the Creditor"). Discontinuation of proceedings took place at the request of the Creditor to withdraw the bankruptcy petition.

The decision is not binding. According to the Code of Civil Procedure, the decision becomes binding after 7 days from the date of its delivery to the Creditor and the Company, if during that period no appeal is filed.
