Liquidation bankruptcy petition of Instal Bełchatów sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company’) at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 17 October this year it received the information about the fact that a creditor of the Company – Instal Bełchatów sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Rogowiec (the ‘Creditor’) – filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization – a liquidation bankruptcy petition and the security of the debtor’s property by establishing judicial supervision of the Company.

In the opinion of the Company, the amount due claimed by Instal Bełchatów sp. z o.o. is disputable.

To the best of Company’s knowledge, the liability provided for in the liquidation bankruptcy petition was not ascertained with any enforcement title.

The Company is planning to take legal actions aimed in particular at discontinuation of the bankruptcy petition proceedings.
