Arranging with the creditors the initial terms of the second stage of restructuring of the Company’s financial debt - talks in progress

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (‘the Company’) at ul. Czackiego 15/17, with reference to the current report no. 137/2013 dated 12 October 2013 informs that the works on the annex to the agreement on the principles of managing the financial debt which shall introduce the changes to that agreement are in progress.  Due to the considerable complexity of the matters referred to in the annex and the documentation related to it, signing of the annex shall take place at the beginning of the next week.
