Discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings

With reference to current reports nos. 120/2013 dated 3 September 2013, 145/2013 dated 18 October 2013, 147/2013 dated 24 October 2013, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs that today at the hearing of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization has issued a decision on discontinuation of bankruptcy liquidation proceedings of the Company at the request of:

1. Imtech Polska sp. z o.o. in Warsaw,

2. Jan Biłko conducting business activity under the business name of INTERPRODUKT in Kraków 

3. ArcelorMittal Distribution Solution Poland sp. z o.o. in Katowice.
