Change of a publication date of the extended consolidated interim report for III Q of 2014of the Company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, acting pursuant to § 103 sec. 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member state equivalent (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2009 No. 33, item 259, as amended), hereby notifies of a change of the publication date of the extended consolidated interim report for III Q of 2014 of the Company, which according to current report no. 8/2014 of 22 January 2014 has been originally set to fall on 13 November 2014.

The said extended consolidated interim report of the Company for III Q of 2014 shall be made public on 14 November 2014.
