With reference to the current report no. 135/2014 the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 („the Company”) informs that today at the hearing in the case of (file ref. no: X GU 464/14) liquidation bankruptcy of the Company, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw – X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization has issued a decision on the rejection of the bankruptcy petition of Cogito Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw ("the Petitioner") on grounds of the Petitioner having no right to bring an action before the court.
