Rejection of a petition.

With reference to the current report no. 148/2014 the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 („the Company”) informs that today at the hearing in the case of (file ref. no: X GU 499/14) liquidation bankruptcy of the Company, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw – X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization has issued a decision on the rejection of the bankruptcy petition of Machine and Apparatus Works n.a. L. Zieleniewski with its registered office in Cracow ("the Petitioner") on grounds of the Petitioner having no right to bring an action before the court.
