The commencement of liquidation of the Issuer’s subsidiary

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company’) with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that on 21 January 2015 it obtained information that the District Court in Dusseldorf commenced the liquidation proceedings for the Issuer’s subsidiary Polimex GmbH with its registered office in Ratingen in Germany. Mr Waldemar Bodziak shall be the liquidator.
