Decision determining the motion for security

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”, “the Debtor”) at ul. Młynarska 42 in relation to the current report 162/2014 hereby informs that the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization on 2 December 2014 issued a decision on the motion for security upon the request of a creditor of the Company Jacek Ochnio conducting business activity under the name Jacek Ochnio Kształtowanie Terenów Zieleni “Ogrody” (“the Creditor”), by establishing a prohibition on disposal and encumbrance of real property and shares belonging to the Debtor.
The court decided to schedule the hearing for 8 January 2015 at 10.45 am.
