Validation of the decision of the Court on the removal of the Issuer's subsidiary from the National Court Register

With reference to the current report no. 191/2014 dated 21.11.2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, (“the Company”, "the Issuer") informs that today it obtained the information that on 29.11.2014 the decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register in the case regarding the removal of the Issuer's subsidiary – Polimex – Sices Polska sp. z o.o. in liquidation with its registered office in Warsaw – from the National Court Register became legally valid.
