Discontinuation of bankruptcy proceedings

With reference to current report no. 161/2014 dated 24 October 2014, the Management Board of “Polimex-Mostostal” S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw (“the Company”) informs that yesterday it obtained the information on the decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, Commercial Court, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization dated 11 December 2014 on discontinuation of bankruptcy proceedings initiated at the petition of the Company's creditor – LABORATORIUM INŻYNIERII LĄDOWEJ „LABOTEST” sp. z o.o. (“the Creditor”) comprising the liquidation of the Company's assets together with a petition to secure the Company's assets in the form of establishing a compulsory Management Board.

The decision is not binding. According to the Code of Civil Procedure, the decision becomes binding after 7 days of the date of delivery to the Creditor and the Company, if during that period no appeal is filed.
