Discontinuation of bankruptcy proceedings

With reference to current report no. 153/2014 dated 8 October 2014 and current report no. 164/2014 dated 18 October 2014, the Management Board of “Polimex-Mostostal” S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw (“the Company”) informs that yesterday it obtained the information on the decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, Commercial Court, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization dated 11 December 2014 on discontinuation of bankruptcy proceedings initiated at the petition of the Company's creditor – INTERBAU sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Kąpielowa 30, 30-698 Kraków (“the Creditor”) – comprising the liquidation of assets together with a petition to secure the Debtor’s assets in the form of establishing temporary judicial supervision.

The decision is not binding. According to the Code of Civil Procedure, the decision becomes binding after 7 days of the date of delivery to the Creditor and the Company, if during that period no appeal is filed.
