Demand for payment under a performance bond

With reference to current report no. 84/2013 dated 13 June 2013, the Management Board of “Polimex-Mostostal” S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that it obtained information that Bank Gospodarki Żywieniowej S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw will pay on 22 December 2014 the claimed amount of 1,329,247.64 PLN (“Demand for payment”) under a performance bond, including liabilities regarding warranties for defects no. 5910000000056970 dated 25 July 2011 to the Świecie Municipality [Gmina Świecie], ul. Wojska Polskiego 124, 86-100 Świecie (“the Bond Beneficiary”).
