Appointing of a new member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 (“the Company”) informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company appointed to the Company’s Supervisory Board a new member, Mr Andrzej Sokolewicz:

Acting in accordance with the adopted principles of Good Practices of Companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and in order to enable the Shareholders of the Company to familiarize themselves with the newly appointed member of the Supervisory Board, the Company provides enclosed thereto the resume of Mr Andrzej Sokolewicz.

The appointed member of the Company’s Supervisory Board submitted a written declaration that he does not run competitive activities to the Company and that he is not a member of any competitive civil law companies or partnerships or of any bodies of competitive capital companies, as well as that he does not participate in any other competitive legal entities as a member of their bodies. 

Mr Andrzej Sokolewicz also declared that he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws]  of 2013, item  1203).
