Amendment of a conditional sale contract

With reference to current report no. 211/2014 dated 12 December 2014 and current report no. 137/2014 dated 11 September 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("the Company") at ul. Młynarska 42, informs that on 18 March 2015 the conditional sale contract for the real property located in Szczecin, between the Company as the Seller and Molina spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością S.K.A. as the Buyer, was amended. In view of the fact that not all of the conditions provided for in the conditional sale contract were fulfilled and that they are unlikely to be fulfilled before the end date settled by the parties, the Seller and the Buyer decided to amend the conditional sale contract and move the end date to 30 June 2015.
