Admission to and trading of ordinary bearer shares of R series.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 (“Company”) informs that on 17 March 2015 the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. [Warsaw Stock Exchange] adopted Resolution No. 248/2015 on admission to and trading in the GPW Main Market of ordinary bearer shares of R series of Polimex-Mostostal S.A.

Pursuant to the Company’s request, 2,863,571,852 (two billion eight hundred and sixty-three million, three hundred and seventy-one thousand, eight hundred and fifty-two) ordinary bearer shares of R series of the nominal value of PLN 0.04 (four grosz) each were admitted to trading on main market (“Shares”).

The Management Board decided that the Shares shall be admitted to main market trading on 20 March 2015 on an ordinary basis, on the condition that on 20 March 2015 the Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A [National Depository for Securities] will register those shares and assign them with a code “PLMSTSD00019".
