Recall of the member of the Management Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 (“Company”) informs that on 2 April 2015 the Supervisory Board of the Issuer has adopted a resolution on recalling Mr. Maciej Stańczuk from the position of a member of the Management Board of the Company as of the day of adoption of resolution.
The Supervisory Board did not provide the reasons for recall.
