Amendment of a conditional sale contract of the right of perpetual usufruct of real estate

With reference to the current report no. 203/2014 dated 05.12.2015, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 („Company”) informs that on this day a subsidiary company Naftoremont-Naftobudowa Sp. z o.o. has concluded an agreement amending the conditional sale contract of the right of perpetual usufruct, which is referred to in the said report.
In view of the fact that the conditions provided for in the conditional sale contract were fulfilled but the price was not paid to the escrow account, the parties decided to amend the conditional sale contract and move the end date to 8 June 2015.
Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
