Formation of the Supervisory Board of the Company

With reference to report bieżącego No. 13/2016 dated 25 February 2016, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered address in Warsaw at Al. Jana Pawła II 12 hereby informs that during the meeting held on 4 March 2016 the Supervisory Board of the Company was formed as follows:
