Młynarska 42 (“Issuer’) informs that today it obtained information on filing of a liquidation bankruptcy petition comprising the Debtor’s assets by WBP Zabrze Sp. z o.o., a Subsidiary company of the Issuer with its registered office in Gliwice, to the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division.
