Petition in bankruptcy

Legal basis: Article 56 (1) (2) of the Act on public offering – current and periodical information

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) having its registered address at al. Jana Pawła II 12 hereby informs that today they have received information about the fact that a creditor of a subsidiary company, namely Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Inżynieryjnych PRInż-1 sp. z o.o., (hereinafter referred to as ‘PRInż-1’, Zakład Budowy Maszyn i Aparatury in Kraków (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Creditor’), on 14 October 2014 filed with the Regional Court for Katowice Wschód, X Commercial Division, a petition in bankruptcy, involving liquidation of the Debtor’s assets, inclusive of a petition for securing the Debtor’ assets by means of putting the assets into administration.
