Application for listing of shares as a result of stock assimilation at the National Depository for Securities.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, informs that on 29 July 2015 to the applications were filed for:

1)   assimilation of 37,550 ordinary bearer shares of A series registered with the National Depository for Securities S. A. under the code number PLMSTSD00134 with other dematerialised shares registered with the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) 4,330,902,550 ordinary bearer shares of A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, K, L, M, N1, P, R shares registered with the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) under the code number PLMSTSD00019;

2)   listing of 37,550 ordinary bearer shares A1 series at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A. as a result of stock assimilation at the National Depository for Securities S.A. 

The total number of bearer shares that are to be listed as a result of assimilation amounts to 37,550 (thirty-seven thousand, five hundred and fifty).

The proposed date of assimilation and listing of shares is 7 August 2015.

The total number of shares registered with the National Depository for Securities, having listed the abovementioned shares will amount to 4,330,940,100 shares.
