Withdrawal of a permit.

With reference to current report no. 52/2008 dated 25 July 2008, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) hereby informs that they obtained information that pursuant to Article 104 of the Act dated 14 June 1960 – the Code of Administrative Procedure (Dz.U. U. [Dziennik Ustaw, Journal of Laws] No. 2013, item 267, as amended), and Article 16 ((4) – (6), and Article 19 (3) (2) of the Act dated 20.10.1994 on special economic zones (Dz. U. [Dziennik Ustaw, Journal of Laws] of 2015, item 282) and having obtained a relevant opinion of the Zone Management, the Minister of Economy withdrew the Company’s permit to conduct business activity within the EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone due to the Company’s failure to fulfil one of applicable conditions, i.e. to maintain employment at the level provided for in the permit.

The Company may appeal against the decision within 14 days of service thereof.
