Change of the publication date of the Company’s consolidated interim report for Q3 2015

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’), acting pursuant to § 103 (2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-Member State equivalent (Dz. U. [Dziennik Ustaw, Journal of Laws] No. 33, item 259 as amended), hereby notifies of a change of the publication date of the Company’s consolidated interim report for Q3 2015 which, in accordance with current report no. 18/2015 dated 28 January 2015, was initially set to fall on 12 November 2015.

The Company’s consolidated interim report for Q3 2015 in question, containing separate financial information, will be made public on 16 November 2015
