The annulment of a decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority

Referring to current report no. 158/2014 of 21 October 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered address in Warsaw at Al. Jana Pawła II 12 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces that it has today obtained information that the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of 21 October 2014 to impose on the Company a pecuniary penalty in the amount of PLN 800 thousand for a failure to perform and improper performance of the disclosure requirements has been annulled in its entirety and a pecuniary penalty of PLN 700 thousand has been imposed on the Company. The information comes from a communication on the 334th meeting of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority held on 22 November 2016, which is available on the website www.knf.gov.pl.
