Information about the commencement of negotiations between the Company and prospective investors

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA having its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer" or the "Company") announces that today the Issuer has commenced framework talks with ENEA Spółka Akcyjna having its registered office in Warsaw, ENERGA Spółka Akcyjna having its registered office in Gdańsk, PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna Spółka Akcyjna having its registered office in Warsaw and PGNiG Spółka Akcyjna having its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Investors").

The aim of these talks is to develop the framework of the Investors’ potential equity participation in the Company ("Investment") and a potential model of cooperation among the Investors in the execution of the Investment.

As of the commencement of the negotiations, the Company has not undertaken any related obligations. The Company shall provide information about the subsequent stages of the Investment process in separate reports.
