Resignation of a Management Board member

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that today the Company received a letter from Mr. Andrzej Juszczyński in which he resigned from his position as Vice-President of the Management Board, effective from 2 January 2018.
Andrzej Juszczyński did not give any reasons for his resignation.
Legal basis: § 5 item 1 point 21 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state.
