Publication dates of periodic reports in 2018

Legal basic: Art. 56 item 1 point 2 of the Public Offering Act – current and periodic information

„Polimex-Mostostal” SA's Management Board (The "Company", "Issuer") hereby announces the dates of publishing periodical reports in the financial year 2018:

27/03/2018 - individual and consolidated annual report for 2017;

14/05/2018 - Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2018 containing individual quarterly financial information;

27/08/2018 - individual and consolidated annual report for H1 2018;

12/11/2018 - Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2018 containing individual quarterly financial information;

At the same time, the Company’s Management Board informs that:

- in accordance with § 101 item 2 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State (the “Regulation”), the Issuer will not publish quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the second and the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2018;

- in accordance with § 83 item 1 of the Regulation, the Issuer will provide consolidated quarterly reports for the first and third quarter of 2018 containing quarterly financial information of the parent company and will not provide separate individual quarterly reports for those reporting periods;

All periodic reports will be published on the Company's website (www.polimex-mostostal.pl) in the Investor Relations tab.

Legal basis: § 103 item 1 of the Minister of Finance Regulation on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state.
