Polimex-Mostostal signed another contract on construction of a sports venue worth over 28.5 million PLN

Today, on 15.12.2009, Polimex-Mostostal S.A. signed a contract with the Agencja Rozwoju Miasta Siedlce Sp. z o.o. on the execution of the first stage of construction of the Regional Sports, Recreation, Rehabilitation and Tourism Centre in Siedlce.

The contract is performed by a Consortium composed of:

a) Polimex-Mostostal S.A. – the leader

b) PAGRO sp. z o.o., based in Cracow – the partner.

Net value of the contract: 23,471,540.26 PLN (twenty-three million four hundred seventy-one thousand five hundred forty point two six PLN).

Gross value of the contract: 28,635,279.12 PLN (twenty-eight million six hundred thirty-five thousand two hundred seventy-nine point one two PLN).

The Polimex-Mostostal participation in the contract amounts to 75%.

Contract completion date: 31.03.2011.

The investments include, among others, the construction of:

a sports stadium,
training playgrounds with full equipment and lightning,
internal routes and parking spaces,
technical infrastructure of the object.
- Polimex-Mostostal is now performing two contracts for construction of football stadiums: 
- the reconstruction of the Legia football stadium in Warsaw for the net value amounting to over 374 million PLN;
- works associated with the reconstruction of the Wisła stadium in Cracow for the net value amounting to 244 millions PLN – informs the President of the Management Board Konrad Jaskóła.

– Our portfolio of orders amounts to 7 billion PLN, including signed contracts for over 3.6 billion PLN for the year 2010. Future conclusions of contracts with completion dates in the next year are among our priority objectives. It is worth mentioning that we have presented the best offers for the construction of the A-4 motorway section from the Szarów junction to the Brzesko junction for the price of 780 million PLN as well as for the construction of the power block in the combined heat and power plant in Bielsko-Biała for nearly 500 millionPLN – adds President Jaskóła.
