Polimex-Mostostal has placed the most advantageous bid worth PLN 51 million.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal received yesterday, i.e. on 30 August, information that the bid placed for the construction of the ‘Puławski Park Naukowo-Technologiczny’ had been considered by the Ordering Party – the city of Puławy – to be the most advantageous one.

The bid net value amounts to: PLN 39,779,883 (thirty nine million, seven hundred and seventy-nine thousand, eight hundred and eighty-three PLN).

The bid gross value amounts to: PLN 50,958,030 (fifty million, nine hundred and fifty-eight thousand and thirty PLN).

The building floor space amounts to 9,640 sq.m.

The works will be finished within 14 months of the date of release of the construction site.

- In the recent weeks, Polimex-Mostostal has also placed other bids which have been considered by the Ordering Parties to be the most advantageous ones, for instance:

· for the construction of a section of the A-4 motorway for PLN 2.196 billion,

· of the value of PLN 630 million, for the construction of a railway line, along the Podłęże ‑ Bochnia section, placed by Torpol – a 100% subsidiary company of Polimex-Mostostal,

· for the construction of the Solidarity Centre in Gdansk, worth PLN 157 million,

· for the construction of a football stadium in Gliwice, worth over PLN 54.1 million.

The value of the bids considered the most advantageous now amounts to PLN 3.7 billion, inclusive of the part for the consortium partners. Following the awaited signature of the contracts, the value of our portfolio of orders will amount PLN 11.2 billion, informs President of the Management Board, Konrad Jaskóła.
