POLIMEX BUDOWNICTWO WILL CONSTRUCT TWO NEW HALLS WITH A TOTAL AREA OF 4,000 M2 FOR ENERGOP SP. Z O. O.

On 2 October 2019 Polimex Budownictwo, an entity of Polimex Mostostal Capital Group, signed an agreement with Energop Sp. z o.o. for the implementation of the following project: “Expansion of the pipeline branches and investment in steel structures”. The conclusion of the contract took place at the registered office of Energop in Sochaczew.

The project is co-financed by the government and the assignment is the construction of two halls: a WER production hall and a WKS storage hall with the delivery of cranes. The halls will have a total area of over 4,000 m2. The cost of the construction of the new halls is estimated at almost PLN 10 million.

The agreement was concluded by the ordering party represented by the President of Energop Sp. z o.o. Paweł Łapa and a member of the Management Board Andrzej Orliński, and by the general contractor Polimex Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. represented by Artur Sawicki, the Vice President of the Management Board for Commercial Affairs.

The project will be launched within 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement. The preparation and demolition works will start already this year and the construction of the halls is scheduled to commence in the spring of 2020. The projected finalization of the investment will take place on 31 October 2020.

The ordering party, Energop Sp. z o.o. from Sochaczew, specializes in the prefabrication of high, medium and low-pressure pipelines and industrial pipelines for the energy, petrochemical, gas and chemical industries, as well as in industrial construction and the services for extractive industry, notably for drilling platforms.
