New member of the PxM Supervisory Board
The Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Polimex-Mostostal appointed Mr Przemysław Lech Figarski as a member of the Supervisory Board of Polimex-Mostostal.
Przemysław Lech Figarski is an experienced manager that has been engaged in the financial sector for many years. He was a member of supervisory boards of numerous companies.
Currently, the Supervisory Board of Polimex-Mostostal is composed of eight persons.
