The National Board of Appeal dismissed an appeal against the choice of the tender submitted by the consortium of Polimex-Mostostal for constructing the unit in Kozienice as the most advantageous
On Friday, 27 July, The National Board of Appeal dismissed the CNEEC-COVEC’s appeal against the selection of the tender of the Polimex-Mostostal consortium as the most advantageous one for the construction of coal unit for supercritical parametres up to 1000 MW in ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A.
The tender was submitted by a consortium consisting of:
Hitachi Power Europe GmbH - the leader,
Polimex-Mostostal SA– the partner.
Net value of the offer is 5,105,386,417.00 PLN,
Gross value of the offer is 6,279,625,292.91 PLN.
Polimex-Mostostal participation in the work amounts to 42.7%, which is 2,681,400,000.00 zloty gross, 2,180,000,000.00 zloty net.
The main scope of work performed by Polimex-Mostostal includes:
- construction of power unit,
- assembly of power unit,
- installation of power output from the unit,
- installation of the unit water cooling system,
- implementation of auxiliary systems of the unit,
- organization of construction site.
Polimex-Mostostal will also participate in project work.
