Naftoremont-Naftobudowa will carry out overhaul of the basic installation of the petrochemical complex of PKN ORLEN S.A. in Płock

Naftoremont-Naftobudowa, a company belonging to the Polimex Mostostal Capital Group, concluded on October 7 this year an agreement with PKN ORLEN S.A. for the implementation of the task in the EPC formula "Planned overhaul of the Installation Olefin 2 at ZP PKN ORLEN S.A. in Płock ".

“Plenty of years we cooperate with PKN ORLEN. The overhaul planned of the basic installation of the petrochemical complex at the production plant of Olefin 2 in Płock is the next, but today the largest project for us, carried out for PKN ORLEN.

Despite the involvement of almost 1,200 people, this task has a very ambitious completion date. I am convinced that our highly specialized teams will once again meet the deadlines planned in the contract and we will provide the client with the expected results. " - said Krzysztof Figat - President of the Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A.

The maximum remuneration for the performance of this contract is PLN 161,000,000 net, including the lump sum - PLN 149,483,165 and the amount settled as post-contract - PLN 11,516,835 net.

The main works on the installation (basic overhaul) will be performed during the shutdown period of the installation in Płock within less than 60 calendar days from April 12, 2021 to June 10, 2021.
