Naftoremont-Naftobudowa signed a letter of intent with IDS-BUD SA.

- We have committed to the implementation of the pipeline system with installation fittings and oil pumping equipment of the newly built fuel terminal in Gdansk - Maciej Barycki says, the president of Naftoremont-Naftobudowa. - The investor is PERN Przyjaźń SA.

The contract is worth PLN 20.1 million. The estimated completion date is the first half of next year.

Naftoremont-Naftobudowa is one of the new companies of the Polimex-Mostostal Group, which deals with the refinery and petrochemical installations, construction of industrial furnaces, biodiesel systems with particular emphasis on the NExBTL type, prefabrication of steel furnace jackets.

Polimex-Mostostal SA transformed its organizational structure. The effect of the changes is the creation of a Polimex-Mostostal holding. Two companies were separated from Polimex-Mostostal SA that continue the operations of PxM. Naftoremont-Naftobudowa operates in the chemical and petrochemical industry, and Polimex Power Industry in the energy sector.

Naftoremont-Naftobudowa has all of the powers of the existing Petrochemical segment. Naftoremont-Naftobudowa has at its disposal all of the existing PxM resources, including  the equipment or design competences, as well as the references of Polimex-Mostostal SA.
