Decision of the Financial Supervision Authority

On Tuesday, October 21 2014, the Financial Supervision Authority announced, on its website, its decision taken on the imposition of a penalty in the amount of PLN 800 000.00 on Polimex-Mostostal SA for the improper performance of duties of information in 2011, as regards the process of disinvestment started in 2011, and irregularities in financial statements for the year 2011.

Reports and Financial Statements for the year 2011 were signed by the board composed of:

Konrad Jaskóła, President of the Board

Aleksander Jonek, Vice President of the Board

Grzegorz Szkopek, Vice President of the Board

Zygmunt Artwik, Vice President of the Board

Polimex-Mostostal SA will take further steps after receipt of the Financial Supervision Authority’s decision undertaken by the FSA on October 21, 2014, along with its justification.
