Changes in the composition of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal

Following the resignation, for personal reasons, of Mr. Gregor Sobisch from the position of Chairman of the Board of Polimex-Mostostal, the Supervisory Board, on 9 May 2014, appointed Mr. Maciej Stańczuk, the previous Vice-President of the Management Board, to be the Acting Chairman of the Board.

In addition, on 9 May, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Bogusław Piekarski to become a member of the Board and the Chief Operating Officer.

The Supervisory Board has appointed a new board member in the result of a qualifying procedure.

Mr. Bogusław Piekarski has extensive professional experience, particularly involving building and managing large business organizations, operating energy facilities in Poland and in the world. His 20-year professional experience has been gained, inter alia, in international corporations (ABB, Alstom and Foster Wheeler).
