Changes in the composition of the Board of Polimex-Mostostal SA

On August 10, 2012 the Supervisory Board of Polimex-Mostostal SA, appointed Mr. Robert Oppenheim, Vice-President of the Management Board, to the function of the President a.i.. At the same time the Management Board dismissed Mr. Konrad Jaskóła, former President of the Board. 

- Polimex Mostostal is going through a difficult period of restructuring. I believe that my experience of healing enterprises will be useful for the company. - The Supervisory Board thanked Mr. Konrad Jaskóła for the work in the Company and its growth in the previous years - Jan Woźniak informed, the President of the Supervisory Board of Polimex-Mostostal. 

Mr. Robert Oppenheim has been professionally involved in the construction and real estate sector and the capital market for many years. He has experience in restructuring companies in the construction sector and unique experience in financial restructuring. 

Previously, he was a Senior Partner at Griffin Real Estate. During his career, he worked at the position of COO of Dromex SA, where he held a very successful restructuring process. He managed the Polish subsidiary of Strabag and a company in the real estate sector. In the '90s he was responsible for the company's financial restructuring in Powszechny Bank Kredytowy SA. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw.
