A bid worth over 788 million zlotys submitted by a consortium with the participation of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. in the tender for the construction of S-69 xpressway Bielsko-Biała – Żywiec – Zwardoń, section “Mikuszowice” (“Żywiecka/Bystrzańska”) – Żywiec junction was deemed the most advantageous one.
Today, i.e. on 30th April 2010, Polimex-ostostal became aware that the bid submitted by the Consortium with the participation of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. for the construction of S-69 expressway Bielsko Biała – Żywiec – Zwardoń, section “Mikuszowice” (“Żywiecka/Bystrzańska”) – Żywiec junction was deemed the most advantageous by the Awarding Entity: Branch in Katowice of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways.

Gross price of the bid is: 788,100,446.85 zlotys – (in words: seven hundred eighty eight million one hundred thousand four hundred forty six zlotys 85/100).
The Polimex-Mostostal share in the work and remuneration constitutes 34% of the total.
The execution period will be 27 months from the date of commencement of work.
The contract will be signed after an inspection carried out by the President of the Public Procurement Office and once the conditions compliant with the Public Procurement Act are fulfilled.
