Appointment of the Issuer’s

Legal basic: Art. 56 item 1 point 2 of the Public Offering Act – current and periodic information

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that on 14 September 2017 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted resolution No 157/XII regarding the appointment of Mr. Przemysław Janiszewski to the Management Board and entrusting him with the function of the Vice-President of the Management Board. The appointment has taken effect on the day of the resolution.

Mr. Przemysław Janiszewski has made the following statements: (i) he does not conduct any business activity/ies other than that of the Company and neither does he participate [nor does he hold any interests] in any competing company as a partner of a civil law partnership, a partnership, or as a member of the body of a joint stock/limited liability company, and neither does he participate in any other legal person as a member of its [governing] body and (ii) [his name] is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors, maintained under the KRS [The Polish Court Register] Act.
