Announcement of KDPW on the registration of the Issuer’s shares

With reference to the current report no. 42/2015 dated 16 March 2015, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 („Company”) informs that on 18 March 2015 Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A [National Depository for Securities] (“KDPW) announced the registration in the security deposit maintained by KDPW of 2,863,571,852 (two billion eight hundred and sixty-three million, three hundred and seventy-one thousand, eight hundred and fifty-two) series R ordinary bearer shares of the Company of the nominal value of PLN 0.004 each and assigned them the PLMSTSD00019 code.
The date of registration in KDPW was set for 20 March 2015.
