Meeting of the Boards of Directors of Grupa Azoty Puławy S.A. and Polimex Mostostal S.A.

The Boards of Directors of Grupa Azoty Puławy S.A. and Polimex Mostostal S.A., met today, i.e. on 24/01/2025, in Puławy, to discuss the existing situation related to the Coal Unit construction investment and to determine the possibility of jointly seeking an amicable solution to the dispute, while respecting the interests of both parties.

As we have emphasised on numerous occasions, the progress of BW100 construction and the level of funds invested to date means that we, as the Board of Directors of Azoty Puławy Group, will strive to achieve the successful completion of this investment in cooperation with Polimex-Mostostal – stressed Hubert Kamola, President of the Board of Directors of Azoty Puławy Group.

We are ready to continue talks with Azoty Puławy Group, bearing in mind the interests of both parties – concluded the acting President of the Board of Directors of Polimex Mostostal S.A. Jakub Stypuła.
