Changes in the Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A.

The supervisory board of Polimex Mostostal S.A. decided to appoint Ms Marzena Hebda-Sztandkie to the company's management board and entrusted her with the position of the company's vice president of finance as of 5th of September of this year.

The new Vice President of the Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A. will be responsible for overseeing the finances of the entire Polimex Mostostal Capital Group.

As of 5th of September of this year, the Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A. is comprised of the following members:

Ms Marzena Hebda-Sztandkie is a highly professional manager with many years of practice in financial management and experience in the area of investment implementation in large companies. For many years, she was responsible for financial planning, monitoring and accounting for investment projects, corporate liquidity and risk management.

During a career spanning more than 20 years, she has gained interdisciplinary experience in finance and investment project management in Poland's largest infrastructure companies.

In Polish Airports from 2001 to 2014, she was responsible, among other things, for the processes of obtaining financing in cooperation with Polish and international financial institutions, financial planning, liquidity, financial risk management, insurance, as well as monitoring and settlement of investment projects for airport expansion.

From 2015 to 2019 in PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., she was responsible for monitoring and risk management of infrastructure projects carried out by the Company with a value of approximately PLN 70 billion. She also served as Chairwoman of the Investment Committee of PKP PLK S.A.

Between 2019 and 2024, in CPK sp. z o.o. she participated in the development of the Airport Subprogramme by preparing projects and planning documents related to the planning and design phase of the future airport.

She has served on the Supervisory Boards of, among others, railway and airport companies – PPM-T sp. z o.o., Dolkom sp. z o.o. and Port Lotniczy Wrocław S.A.

She has been involved in a number of projects for the development of feasibility studies, financial models, business analyses and evaluation studies for infrastructure projects. She worked with the Warsaw School of Economics engaging in scientific and educational activities.

The new Vice President of Polimex Mostostal S.A. is a doctor of economic sciences, a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. She obtained her MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology as part of a programme in collaboration with London Business School, HEC School of Management and NHH Norwegian School of Economics. She holds the A level of project management certification: Certified Project Director issued by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
