Mr Jakub Stypuła is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, a certified Project Manager, trainer, participant in postgraduate and master's studies in project management (SGH) and international business management (VISTULA).

For years, he has specialised in investment management in the power and construction sectors. He is an expert on organisational, cost-related, formal and environmental issues and global project management methodologies. 

Member of supervisory boards of railway companies (TORPOL, EIFFAGE KOLEJE), implemented project and portfolio management systems in the largest Polish energy companies (GAZ-SYSTEM, PSE), for 6 years held the position of project management director at GAZ-SYSTEM, where he was successfully responsible for a worth 4.5 billion programme for the construction of 1500 km of gas transmission network and the creation of Poland's first investor supply system for pipes and fittings.

As the Project Director at PORR S.A. the Power Division, he was building the DN 1000 8.4 MPa high-pressure gas pipeline Tworóg – Tworzeń. He took part as a Project Manager in the Kortowo heating plant upgrade project in Olsztyn and has experience of working in the field, directly in the construction office.

He led teams of consultants during the implementation of project delivery systems and new procect delivery models. He has negotiated contracts and represented contractors before the NAC (National Appeals Chamber), and has been involved in proceedings before the Stockholm Arbitration Court.

Mining Director of the 3rd degree, awarded with the badge of honour "Meritorious for the Energy Sector".

Marzena Hebda-Sztandkie
Marzena Hebda-Sztandkie
Vice President of Finance of Polimex Mostostal S.A.

Ms Marzena Hebda-Sztandkie is a doctor of economics and a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. She obtained her MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology as part of a programme in collaboration with London Business School, HEC School of Management and NHH Norwegian School of Economics. She holds the highest level of project management certification: Certified Project Director issued by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).

During a career spanning more than 20 years, she has gained interdisciplinary experience in finance and investment project management in Poland's largest infrastructure companies.

In Polish Airports from 2001 to 2014, she was responsible, among other things, for the processes of obtaining financing in cooperation with Polish and international financial institutions, financial planning, liquidity, financial risk management, insurance, as well as monitoring and settlement of investment projects for airport expansion.

From 2015 to 2019 in PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., she was responsible for monitoring and risk management of infrastructure projects carried out by the Company with a value of approximately PLN 70 billion. She also served as Chairwoman of the Investment Committee of PKP PLK S.A.

Between 2019 and 2024, in CPK sp. z o.o. she participated in the development of the Airport Subprogramme by preparing projects and planning documents related to the planning and design phase of the future airport.

She has served on the Supervisory Boards of, among others, railway and airport companies – PPM-T sp. z o.o., Dolkom sp. z o.o. and Port Lotniczy Wrocław S.A.

She has been involved in a number of projects for the development of feasibility studies, financial models, business analyses and evaluation studies for infrastructure projects. She worked with the Warsaw School of Economics engaging in scientific and educational activities.

Mirosław Sołtysiak
Vice President of Operations of Polimex Mostostal S.A.

Mr Mirosław Sołtysiak is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology, where he obtained a master's degree in thermal energy. He has extensive experience in project and business development, M&A activities, formulating and implementing business plans, streamlining operational activities, negotiating and executing contracts, as well as creating and managing teams.

He gained professional experience in renowned international corporations operating, among others, in the energy industry in Poland, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States.

He started working in the energy sector in 1992 at Remak-Rozruch, then worked at National Power in the UK from 1995 to 1998, and from 1999 to 2000 in Warsaw. He was employed as Director of the Energy Group at BRE Corporate Finance S.A. from 2000 to 2003. Between 2003 and 2007, he worked as the Managing Director, President of the Management Board of the ELCHO Combined Heat and Power Plant in Chorzów. Later, from 2007 to 2009, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Polska sp. z o.o. as a director responsible for strategic consulting services for Polish energy groups.

Between 2009 and 2010 he was associated with PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., acting as the Director of the Mining and  Energy Department. Additionally, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board at the Group's CHP plants in Rzeszów and  Bydgoszcz. He was the Director of the Operations Department of PGE S.A. and a Member of the Supervisory Board of PGE GiEK S.A. between 2013 and 2018.

From 2010 to 2012, he worked as Business Development Director Europe at Suncoke International Development sp. z o.o., and from 2018, he cooperated with a number of entities operating on the RES market, including GEO Renewables, GEO Solar and Esoleo sp. z o.o., where, among others, he led the project of construction of a 70MWp photovoltaic power plant launched in 2021 and a number of other projects regarding preparation of construction and construction of photovoltaic power plants.

Prior to being appointed to the Management Board of Polimex Mostostal, from June 2024, he was the President of the Management Board of PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A. – a subsidiary of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., a national leader in renewable energy specialising in the generation of electricity from Renewable Energy Sources with a total capacity exceeding 1000MW and the provision of Regulatory System Services using, among others, four pumped-storage power plants with a total installed capacity exceeding 1500 MW.
